The world cup is an event that I’ve loved for as long as I can remember.  Besides being a great spectator sport, the pageantry and global celebration is like no other sport.  To me being asked to work on graphics for the games feels amazing!  We had quite a few of these, nine in-game animations and several sub deliveries that were determined as teams were knocked out and matchups were decided.  This is another even project that required custom deliverables and quite a bit of Previz work. We started on this project three weeks before the games began in Qatar and we delivered the last animation the night Argentina won the cup. It was an awesome project and I fell privileged to have been part of it.
